Return and Refund Policy

Because our products consist primarily of digital artwork, digital vehicle wraps, downloadable files, and electronically delivered products, all purchases are considered final. No refunds can be given on purchases.

Before purchasing, customers should carefully review the product description, supported applications, rarity level, edition information, and other applicable details.

Where required by applicable law, nothing in these Terms limits a customer's legal rights.

Rabbit Wraps does not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations for digital products once a purchase has been completed.

Digital products cannot be physically returned, and once a digital file has been delivered or made available for download, Rabbit Wraps cannot reliably determine whether the file has been retained, copied, accessed, or used.

Important Notice

Rabbit Wraps digital artwork is protected intellectual property. Your purchase provides a license to use the purchased product as permitted by these Terms; it does not transfer copyright ownership of the artwork to you.

Unauthorized copying, reproduction, distribution, resale, commercial exploitation, or creation of derivative works may constitute copyright infringement and may result in termination of your license and/or legal action.

1. Digital Products — All Sales Are Final

Rabbit Wraps does not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations for digital products once a purchase has been completed.

Digital products cannot be physically returned, and once a digital file has been delivered or made available for download, Rabbit Wraps cannot reliably determine whether the file has been retained, copied, accessed, or used.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are purchasing a digital product.
  • You have reviewed the product description before purchasing.
  • You are responsible for confirming that the product is appropriate for your intended use.
  • All digital-product purchases are final.
  • No refunds will be issued simply because you change your mind after purchasing.
  • No refunds will be issued because you no longer want the design.
  • No refunds will be issued because you selected the wrong design, rarity level, vehicle, or product.
  • No refunds will be issued because you purchased the product accidentally, except where required by applicable law.
  • No refunds will be issued because you have not yet downloaded or used the product.
  • No refunds will be issued because you are unable to use the design for a purpose that was not expressly supported by the product description.

2. Review Before You Purchase

We encourage customers to carefully review all available information before completing a purchase.

This may include:

  • Product images and previews
  • Vehicle compatibility
  • Design specifications
  • Rarity level
  • Edition quantity
  • Product description
  • License restrictions
  • Intended use
  • Installation requirements
  • Any product-specific terms

If you have questions about a product before purchasing, please contact Rabbit Wraps before completing your order.

3. Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same digital product more than once in the same transaction or through an obvious duplicate transaction, please contact Rabbit Wraps as soon as possible.

Rabbit Wraps may, at its discretion, review the transaction and issue a refund or other appropriate resolution for a verified duplicate purchase.

Duplicate-purchase requests are evaluated individually and are not guaranteed.

4. Technical Problems and Failed Delivery

Although digital purchases are generally non-refundable, Rabbit Wraps wants customers to receive the products they purchased.

If you experience a legitimate technical problem that prevents you from accessing or downloading a purchased product, please contact Rabbit Wraps.

We will make reasonable efforts to:

  1. Confirm the purchase;
  2. Determine the nature of the technical problem; and
  3. Provide access to the purchased digital product or an appropriate replacement when reasonably possible.

A technical issue with delivery does not automatically entitle a customer to a refund. Rabbit Wraps will generally attempt to correct the delivery problem first.

5. Corrupted or Defective Files

If a purchased digital file is determined by Rabbit Wraps to be corrupted, incomplete, or materially defective due to an error on Rabbit Wraps' part, Rabbit Wraps will make reasonable efforts to provide a corrected or replacement file.

If Rabbit Wraps cannot reasonably provide a functioning replacement, a refund may be considered at Rabbit Wraps' discretion or provided where required by applicable law.

6. Incorrect Customer Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information during checkout.

Rabbit Wraps is not responsible for delivery problems caused by incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.

If you provide an incorrect email address or other information necessary to receive your purchase, please contact Rabbit Wraps as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to assist with delivery.

7. Vehicle Compatibility

Customers are responsible for confirming that a Rabbit Wraps design is compatible with their intended vehicle or application before purchasing.

Rabbit Wraps is not responsible for refunds resulting from:

  • Purchasing a design for the wrong vehicle;
  • Purchasing the wrong vehicle variant;
  • Vehicle modifications that affect compatibility;
  • Changes to a vehicle after purchase;
  • Installation problems;
  • Improper installation;
  • Installation by an unauthorized installer; or
  • Failure to verify compatibility before purchase.

Where compatibility information is unclear, customers should contact Rabbit Wraps before purchasing.

8. Installation

Rabbit Wraps digital products may require professional installation or additional software, equipment, services, or materials.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, installation is not included with the purchase of a digital Rabbit Wraps product.

Rabbit Wraps is not responsible for installation fees, labor charges, vehicle damage, removal costs, replacement materials, or other expenses associated with applying or removing a digital wrap.

9. Unauthorized Use Does Not Qualify for a Refund

Purchasing a Rabbit Wraps design does not transfer ownership of the underlying artwork.

A customer who violates Rabbit Wraps' Terms of Use, including by copying, distributing, reselling, sharing, or commercially exploiting a design without authorization, is not entitled to a refund as a result of any action taken by Rabbit Wraps to terminate or revoke the customer's license.

10. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute, customers are encouraged to contact Rabbit Wraps so that we can attempt to resolve the issue.

Unauthorized chargebacks, fraudulent transactions, or payment disputes involving legitimately completed purchases may result in the suspension or termination of the associated account and/or digital license, subject to applicable law.

Rabbit Wraps reserves the right to provide transaction and delivery records to the applicable payment processor or financial institution when responding to a disputed transaction.

11. Promotional Items and Limited Editions

Promotional products, discounted products, limited editions, special releases, and other promotional offerings are subject to the same final-sale policy unless a specific promotion expressly states otherwise.

A discount or promotional offer does not create a right to a refund or price adjustment after purchase.

12. Changes in Value or Availability

Rabbit Wraps makes no guarantee regarding the future value, collectibility, rarity, popularity, resale value, or market demand of any digital wrap or limited edition.

A customer's purchase price will not be adjusted because:

  • A product later goes on sale;
  • A similar design is subsequently released;
  • A collection becomes more or less popular;
  • A product's perceived value changes;
  • A limited edition sells out;
  • Additional products are introduced; or
  • The customer believes the product has decreased in value after purchase.

13. Exceptions Required by Law

Nothing in this Refund & Cancellation Policy is intended to exclude or limit any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Where applicable law requires Rabbit Wraps to provide a refund, cancellation right, replacement, or other remedy, Rabbit Wraps will comply with those requirements.

14. How to Contact Rabbit Wraps

If you experience a problem with your order, please contact Rabbit Wraps as soon as reasonably possible.

When contacting us, please provide:

  • Your order number;
  • The email address used for the purchase;
  • The product purchased; and
  • A description of the issue.

This information helps us locate your order and respond as quickly as possible.

15. Policy Changes

Rabbit Wraps reserves the right to modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time.

Changes will be posted on this website and will become effective when posted unless otherwise stated.

FINAL SALE NOTICE

All Rabbit Wraps digital product purchases are final. No refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations are provided for digital products after purchase, except where required by applicable law or as otherwise expressly stated in this policy.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the product information and understand that you are purchasing a digital product that is not eligible for a standard return or refund.
